At Fix Fest, a weekend-long festival touring the communities of the Twin Cities, we stop at parks to provide our tools and expertise. Fix Fest would feature food, music, and a place where residents can bring anything they would like to fix and/or create using our tools and knowledge.

Problem:
People who are not good with handiwork won’t buy a $200 tool kit for something they don’t feel capable of utilizing. The barrier to entry is too steep and doesn’t present any guaranteed reward.
Solution:
Get tools in people's hands. Invite them out for community-driven events that serve as an experience that people can learn from. Inform people that working with tools is more accessible and easier when you’ve got them in your hands.
